Green Soda Project
The Green Soda Project is a community effort to reduce energy consumption of Soda Hall.
Soda Hall glows like a 500 kw lightbulb - a little higher in the day and a little lower at night, but not much. Its electric power consumption is about equal to that of all the homes of all the people who work in the building. It is three times the national average for commercial buildings per square foot, and it has been that way for years.
Green Windows is a simple tool to eliminate wasted desktop consumption by allowing your machine to drop easily into standby and pop out again. It's quick and easy. Windows users, please join in here.
